Then we will provide you with a summary of hotels and resorts that meet your budget, style and program specifications. When you decide which location best suits your needs, we will negotiate the contract with that property to ensure you are getting the best rates and the complimentary concessions your deserve. Did you know that you are most likely paying for things that might otherwise be complimentary to you? The contract is signed by you, with a copy to us, and we are on our way to the additional planning stages of your event.
