From a 10 person Board meeting at a local hotel, to a 400 person incentive trip in the Caribbean with all expenses paid, we will provide you with professional and PERSONAL service from beginning to end.

We specialize in the site selection and logistical coordination of your event and with over 10 years of event planning experience, we ensure that your event will be a complete and flawless success. Each individual detail is handled personally, by us. There are no teams of professionals passing your portfolio from one person to another. We guarantee the personal level of excellence you or your company deserves. 

Once we meet with you and determine your specifications, we begin to research and evaluate properties according to your needs. Then we will provide you with a summary of hotels and resorts that meet your budget, style and program specifications. When you decide which location best suits your needs, we will negotiate the contract with that property to ensure you are getting the best rates and the complimentary concessions your deserve. Did you know that you are most likely paying for things that might otherwise be complimentary to you? The contract is signed by you, with a copy to us, and we are on our way to the additional planning stages of your event.

SPECIAL NOTE: This service is complimentary to you as our client.  We receive a placement fee from the location in which you booked your event.
